How much are the shipping and handling costs?

The shipping costs are based on the shipping address, the type of product chosen, the delivery speed required and the guarantee. This information will be indicated in your order summary before final purchase confirmation.

To estimate the shipping costs for regular delivery (not guaranteed), multiply the Delivery Charge Per Item by the number of the same item in your order.

e.g., 1 book shipped to Canada (regular delivery) would be $4.80 x qty 1 book = $4.80 + applicable taxes.
e.g., 2 books shipped to Canada (regular delivery) would be $4.80 x qty 2 books = $9.60 + applicable taxes
e.g., 1 book and 1 puzzle shipped to Canada (regular delivery) would be ($4.80 x qty 1 book) + ($3.40 x qty 1 puzzle) = $8.20 + applicable taxes.

*Letters are mailed separately and take 5 days in Canada, 7 days in the United States and 10 days in Europe. There is no Fixed Delivery Charge Per Order for letters, and the delivery times are not guaranteed.

*** This refers to the number of days for delivery in the rest of the world. In this particular case, we follow Canada Post standards and the local postal delivery standards in the countries where the packages are being sent.
